Do I have to measure myself before I order?yes, it would be best that you measure yourself before you place an order to avoid ordering incorrect sizes. Removable and Custom Orders require exact measurements for each strands. Permanent are tie on which are sold in one sizing option so as long as you have a general idea you can order correctly.
Can I use my pants size for measurements?
No, exact and and accurate measurements are needed.
Ordering
How do I know my order has been placed?You will recieve email confirmation of your order within an hour of your purchase.
I just placed my order can I change it?
Not at this time, if you place an order and would like to add an item, you will need to place another order.
Shipping
Is there a local pickup option?This is a question we get alot! This option is coming very very soon!!
How do I track my order?
When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number.
Where do we ship?
At this time we are only shipping to customer in the US.
I have not received my order even though the tracking says it shipped. What do I do now?
Once the item has been shipped, it is no longer in our hands. You will need to contact USPS with the tracking number provided to gain more information. If signature confirmation shows that it was signed for, you will need to contact USPS.
My order says delivered but I did not receive my package. What do I do now?
We are not responsible for missing or lost packages. You will need to contact USPS to file a claim.
I need the item reshipped. It was delivered to the wrong address.
If you provided the wrong shipping address and need the item reshipped to you, you will be sent an additional invoice, with a new shipping cost, to have the item reshipped. You must wait for us to receive the item back before we're able to ship to the correct address.
Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
NO
I accidentally put the wrong address upon checkout. What do I do now?
We only ship to the address provided upon purchase. If the item has not been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the item has been shipped you will have to contact USPS.
Reshipments
There will now be a $5.00-$25.00 reshipment fee for orders with incorrect address information. This fee will be determined by pricing according to USPS. An invoice will be emailed directly to customer with link for payment.
Discounts & Promo
What happens if I forget my discount code?Oh no!! We are sorry to hear this. Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy for all physical products both domestic?All sales are final.
What is your exchange policy for product orders?
We are unable to process exchanges.
I ordered the wrong size or color...what now?
All sales are final!
Beads
Will my beads fade?Yes it is possible over a period of time (ie tie on beads) We try to keep the charms on tie on beads to a minimum because of this fact. If you do not want your charms to fade we advise on purchasing removable beads.
Should I wear my beads in the shower?
Yes you can wear all waist beads in the shower, normally charms are kept on removable so you can take off. It is recommended that removable beads are removed before showering everyday if they include larger stones and metal pieces.
